The property comprises a ground floor retail unit providing approximately 1,444 sq.ft of accommodation.

We were appointed by the landlord to assess the outgoing tenant’s liability under the lease and prepare a terminal schedule of dilapidations.

Our scope of service included the following;

  • Reviewing the lease and licence documentation;
  • Undertaking a site inspection;
  • Preparing a costed schedule of dilapidations; and
  • Agreeing and monitoring the tenant’s works.
