Project Description

We were appointed to design, specify and project manage the refurbishment works to the offices, W.C’s and reception area. The works were completed within budget and the building was successfully let on an FRI basis following completion of the works.

Our scope of service included:

  • Preparation of design drawings and a specification.
  • Obtaining competitive tenders via the traditional tender procedure.
  • Appointed building services engineers, planning consultants, acoustic engineers and various other consultants as part of the design team.
  • Prepared the JCT Intermediate Contract with Contractor’s Design.
  • Undertook the roles of project manager, contract administrator, cost consultant and principal designer.
