We were appointed by the asset managers to prepare a 10 year planned preventative maintenance plan of a mixed-use Grade II Listed property providing retail and hotel accommodation.
Our scope of service included the following:
- Undertaking a site inspection of all landlord retained areas and reviewing all relevant property documentation.
- Preparing a PPM report setting out the maintenance required over a 10 year period for the landlord retained areas. We have since been appointed to update our report.
- Meeting with the asset management team to assist with implementing and phasing the works.
- Specifying, tendering and managing the recommended immediate and year one works.
