We were appointed by an asset management company to prepare a 10 year planned preventative maintenance report for a newly constructed 42,000 sq.ft 12-storey office building in central London.
Our scope of service included:
- Thorough inspection of the building fabric to all external parts and internal common areas including a review of all relevant documentation.
- Creation of a 10-year planned preventative maintenance report.
- Appointment of a building services engineer to inspect and report upon the building services installations. The engineer’s advice was incorporated into our report.
- Provision of a detailed report identifying all outstanding defects / snagging works to be rectified in accordance with the principal contractor’s contractual obligations.
