We were instructed to prepare a five year planned maintenance plan the for external building fabric of a 367,000 sq.ft office building. Our report included the cladding and roofs.
Our scope of service included the following:
- Appointment of a specialist façade engineer to inspect the façades via the building’s roof mounted cradle system.
- Inspection of all roofs and external areas.
- Preparation of a five year planned preventative maintenance report.
- Following completion of the PPM report we met with the asset management team to adjust the phasing of works. Once the phasing of the work was agreed, we designed, specified, tendered and project managed the recommended immediate and year one works.
