Project Description

We were appointed by a private investor, who was considering the acquisition of the freehold title of the property, to undertake an inspection of a circa 15,000 sq.ft mixed use office/retail building and to produce a pre-acquisition report.

Our scope of service included:

  • Inspection of the building, review of available documentation and preparation of a pre-acquisition building survey report.
  • Appointment of a building services engineer to report upon the building services installations.
  • Preparation of a reinstatement cost assessment.
  • Preparation of a five-year planned preventative maintenance plan.
