Planned Preventative Maintenance

Project Description

We were appointed by the landlord’s managing agent of a seven storey office building that was constructed in 2003 to prepare a five year planned preventative maintenance report. The PPM report included the landlord retained common parts and all external parts of the building.

Our scope of service included:

  • Undertaking an inspection of the property and reviewing all relevant documentation.
  • Appointment of a building service engineer to report upon the building services installation. The engineer’s advice was then incorporated into our report.
  • Preparation of a five year planned preventative maintenance programme of the building fabric and mechanical and electrical services within the internal common parts and external parts of the building.
