Appointed as the building owner’s party wall surveyor in relation to a substantial refurbishment and reconfiguration of a large Grade II listed private residential building in an exclusive street in London overlooking Hyde Park.

Our scope of service included:

  • Advising the building owner and their development team on the implications of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
  • Preparation and service of six party wall notices.
  • Preparation of six schedules of condition.
  • Agreement of six party wall awards.
  • Reinspection of the adjoining owners’ buildings upon completion of the works.
