Project Description

We were appointed by the managing agent of a retail unit to investigate and report upon water ingress that had been occurring to a neighbouring residential property over a number of years.

Our scope of service included:

• Inspection of both buildings to establish the configuration and issues encountered. We undertook several site visits over a two month period.
• Desktop research to obtain historic drawings to assist with the diagnosis.
• Providing a recommendation report including proposed remedial works.
