Project Description

We were instructed by the landlord of a newly constructed office building to review and manage the technical approval process of the incoming tenant’s proposed office fit out and advised the landlord of the suitability of the tenant’s work prior to a licence to alter being agreed.

Our services included the following;

  • Review of the tenant’s fit out documentation.
  • Liaising with the tenant to obtain missing information and clarifications.
  • Appointing a building services engineer to advise on the services installations.
  • Monitoring the approved works through to completion.
