Project Description

We were appointed to design, specify and project manage the conversion of three vacant retail units to create 19,000 sq.ft of CAT A office accommodation. The works included external repairs and maintenance, liaising with the ingoing tenant and managing their CAT B fit out as part of the works.

Our scope of service included:

  • Preparation of design drawings and a specification.
  • Obtaining competitive tenders via the traditional tender procedure.
  • Appointed building services engineers, planning consultants, acoustic engineers and various other consultants as part of the design team.
  • Prepared the JCT Intermediate Contract with Contractor’s Design.
  • Undertook the roles of project manager, contract administrator, cost consultant and principal designer.
