We were appointed to design, specify and manage the refurbishment of a 27,000 sq.ft six storey office building. The building was taken back to a shell and fitted out with new common parts, sanitary accommodation and CAT A office accommodation. The works involved the installation of a new comfort heating/cooling system, refurbishment of the lifts and the introduction of mechanical ventilation throughout the building.
