Our scope of service included the following:
- Technical due diligence provided to a prospective purchaser identifying the form of construction and areas requiring repair/maintenance as well as commentary on the relevant legal and statutory documentation.
- Liaising with the mechanical and electrical engineer as part of our report.
- Reviewing the base build specification to ensure it conforms with the incoming tenant’s agreement for lease.
- Reviewing and commenting on the incoming tenant’s proposed fit out.
