Project Description

A vacant retail unit within a mixed-use new development providing approximately 2,798 sq ft of retail accommodation.

Our scope of service included the following:

  • Technical due diligence provided to a prospective purchaser identifying the form of construction and areas requiring repair/maintenance as well as commentary on the relevant legal and statutory documentation.
  • Liaising with the mechanical and electrical engineer as part of our report.
  • Reviewing the base build specification to ensure it conforms with the incoming tenant’s agreement for lease.
  • Reviewing and commenting on the incoming tenant’s proposed fit out.
